I have had this model before and have been very pleased with its capabilities. It is the only machine with a Cordless Phone, which allows for convenience and flexibility. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that after awhile, I had problems putting in a new ribbon. Eventually the clip broke and I had to replace the machine. The last year of its life involved saying a prayer that it would click in and work again.
