The Dymo DiscPainter prints very well, text is easy to read and clear. Avoids the problem of sticky labels- alignment, potential glue failure, etc. and is much more professional looking than just using a Sharpie! The included software is incredibly simple and loaded with features. If you need more options you probably own Photoshop already and can import those files. Printing on Water-shield discs looks terrific and doesn't smudge or run. Occasionally photo images will show slight circular banding - it hasn't bothered me significantly. Cartridges last reasonably long, though full photo images obviously use up more ink. I've printed over 150 discs with one cartridge. A disc usually takes about 1 minute to print. I've had almost no misprinted discs. Glad to see the price has dropped.
