When I received the shipment, there were 2 cartriges missing from a total of 14 (?)cartriges. I called few days later and I got the 2 missing cartiges 2 or 3 days later. During the telephone conversation, she was very polite and no question was asked, she just said sorry and promised to send the missing items right away.
I would buy other items from AMAZON online in the future. Because I know it's a reliable place to shop and I have built up my trust in that company (It was the first time I bought items from AMAZON).
