The installation was fairly easy. I started at the top and slowly worked my way down. There was a sticker on each side to make peeling the back off easier. However removing the front sticker proved very difficult and I had to use WD-40 to remove the gunk left behind. And it turns out there are not two layers like I thought, there are THREE layers. A back that you peel off, a front that you peel off after applying, then the middle "protective" layer.
In the end, this product lasted barely a day on my Kindle DX. The glare was horrible. And like other have said, you can pretty much see yourself well enough to shave or comb your hair. Which meant I had to carefully position the Kindle to read without seeing every light source in the room.
This product is now in my trash can. Stick with the default non-glare screen on the Kindle and just be careful not to scratch it.Get more detail about Premium Clear Reusable LCD Screen Protector for Amazon Kindle DX 9.7" 9.7-inch Wireless Reading Device.
