Sophia global has excellent customer service. They address issues quickly and offer a fair resolution. I have had problems with the Yellow ink tanks not being completely empty when the printer says they are empty. As much as 20% was left in the tank. The other ink colors work fine. I tested other ink brands and did not run into this problem. I went back to the Sophia global Yellow and continue to have this problem. I am currently trying ink from another company but I would still recommend Sophia global because the problem could be with my printer. Sophia global gave me a total of 5 free ink tanks to make up for my problem. You can't beat that for customer service. Also, I felt they worked with me to resolve the problem. Some supplier would tell a customer "You must be doing something wrong. Or your printer is the problem".
