Sophia global has excellent customer service. They address issues quickly and offer a fair resolution. I have had problems with the Yellow ink tanks not being completely empty when the printer says they are empty. As much as 20% was left in the tank. The other ink colors work fine. I tested other ink brands and did not run into this problem. I went back to the Sophia global Yellow and continue to have this problem. I am currently trying ink from another company but I would still recommend Sophia global because the problem could be with my printer. Sophia global gave me a total of 5 free ink tanks to make up for my problem. You can't beat that for customer service. Also, I felt they worked with me to resolve the problem. Some supplier would tell a customer "You must be doing something wrong. Or your printer is the problem". This sleeve/case fits my Dell Mini 10v nicely. Its a neoprene case and has a small zipper pocket that stretches. Because it stretches I'm able to put the power adapter, external DVD drive (Samsung DVD) and the usb cable for the drive. This keeps my Mini all together and I'm very happy with it. It does bulge out quite a bit with all that stuff, though.

The only two things I can complain about this case. 1. Would be helpful to have double zippers for the netbook sleeve area and the external pocket. It only has single zippers but its really not that big of a deal. 2. It would be nice to have latches on both sides of the case to be able to put your own strap on. You're stuck using the handles.

After reading reviews, I just purchased the MP560 to replace an HP all-in-one that had a hardware problem after only 18 months and light use. It also replaces an old Epson 880 that finally bit the dust with apparently damaged print head. Repair for the old printers was impractical if not impossible.

Set-up of the Canon is a little more complicated than other printers in that you have to install the print head and 5 ink cartridges. Read all instructions and look carefully at the diagrams and you shouldn't have too much trouble. The fact that the print head is an installable piece gives me hope that if anything goes wrong with it, you can easily replace the part yourself, instead of junk the entire printer.

Setting up the wi-fi for use with my Mac laptop OS 10.6 was a matter of following the steps for programming the printer to recognize the wireless network. Installing software for 10.6 on the laptop involved downloading a newer driver from the Canon website. The supplied software installed easily on my old Mac G4 with OS 10.4. I connected a USB cable to the tower and it worked perfectly. I love the fact that the printer can be used by both computers, one over wi-fi and the other with USB.

This machine is heavier and larger than the HP all-in-one, but hopefully it is also sturdier. It closes up completely to prevent dust from entering the machine. I like that the paper tray is under the machine and the paper lies flat. The interface is a little more complicated than some, but it makes sense once you familiarize yourself with it. Borderless prints on the supplied photo paper look professional quality, and you don't have to install a special photo ink cartridge. This printer is relatively quiet but a bit slower than I expected. The output tray opens automatically when you start to print, preventing the paper jams that occur with other machines if you forget to open the output.

I have read complaints of the need to frequently change expensive ink cartridges. I find the cost of these cartridges about average. I think all manufacturers make most of their money on the sale of cartridges, so I don't know if you can find anything better out there.

Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase which costs little more than a set of ink cartridges for my old machines. The MP560 can do everything I hoped it would. I have a Pixma mp980, the ink usage is lousy. I have put in $160 worth of print cartridges with printing about two packages of paper, about 1000 sheets. I could not figure out a way to stop printing from the color cartridges and it eats up ink in a hurry. The pictures are great but if you consider how much the ink costs, it is not worth the money. I also have trouble getting the printer to print wireless. Select a job to print, says it cannot communicate with the printer 4 feet away. I have to "Re-boot" the computer, as it comes up, the printer takes off and prints. A real pain. Now the sleeve smells a bit like marker, but that's my fault. I really wish I would have taken a picture before doing so so that you could see just how terrible the bright color is. I have this bag. To say that it is too small for the tiny netbook should say it all. The netbook is tiny, this bag is the same size. It will hold your netbook and only your netbook. The outside pocket is not made to hold anything thicker than paper. I can manage to jam the power cord for the netbook into the outside pouch but it then bulges outward unnecessarily and probably puts pressure on the actual netbook. It is a very tight fit. I bought this bag from the manufacturer of my netbook (Dell) and it came with a set of accessories also made by Targus. You would think that if you were bundling netbook accessories with a netbook bag, that there would be room enough in the bag for the accessories. You would think that, but you would be wrong. The USB mouse is about the size of my thumb, it's almost too small to use, and it doesn't fit in the bag. They make a set of speakers which fold up to be slightly larger than a deck of cards, and they don't fit in the bag. What is the point of selling netbook accessories with your netbook bag if the accessories don't fit in the bag? Now I have to carry a second bag to hold my accessories. FAIL.

I don't think the picture really does a justice to show how ugly that green/aqua blue strip down the middle and along the border of this case really is. I would HIGHLY suggest getting this case, but in a different color. I spent about 45 min yesterday coloring over it with a black permanent marker because I would not want to be seen with this case as a 22yr old guy at a college. Am I blowing this out of proportion, maybe, maybe most guys will be comfortable carrying this around but honestly I can't see a guy or girl wanting this color, it just looks weird.

Pro's:
Case is stretchy yet a good fit for my samsung nc10.
USB Mini mouse and USB hub look and work great.
Seems at least water resistant which although I'm not particularly clumsy is still a plus.

Con's:
Really all I can say is that the color is just terrible. If they would have just done a green or blue it would have been fine. But this is just some kind of aqua blue that I've never seen anyone have on their person, on a backpack or really on anything you would carry with you or wear.
